You have to look at the big picture. Just chart the BKX index and the dollar. Until the BKX turns convincingly positive and the dollar convincingly weaker, I don't care what you buy in the market it will not go up long term. As this mess becomes more obvious, I am just going to play tza, tna. Sooner or later, S&P 400 here we come!
