I imply the "incompetency" is they do not care about the stock price movement specially this delist notice makes you feel that they DO NOT care about shareholders.

If one has $7M, take this company privately and force every one being accountable, the most important thing "DELIVER" goods, no one pays attention on their resume.

If FDA gives them hard time, please set the shop in Thailand for 1/10 th of the cost and reduce the cash burn rate.

I do own this stock and am frustrated to watch the arrogance of the management to let every shareholder down.
