There are a few areas investors should look at in today's call. In the past, some of the focus has been on federally funded projects involving cellulose other than the Food Group. Specifically, the small note in this recent earnings call does clarify ongoing operations in SBI. Being the first person on conference calls to focus on DOE-funded cellulosic conversion plants and related projects, I would say that this is leading to some very good developments; including the project with Xylitol Canada. In fact, I focused on that specific project in my questions on the last couple conference calls.


"SunOpta BioProcess continues to focus on building its business and establishing strategic partnerships with companies in the energy and petrochemical sectors."

The words "energy" and "petrochemical" imply value in SBI. Of course, we already knew that but this is a good sign that we are own a very valuable technology that is not only cleaner than petroleum but also uses an energy source that is non-finite. As long as the sun is shining, there is cellulose.
