While sales have improved since early '08 with the transition of focus to growing academic customer base, it appears selling and admin costs have exceeded additional revenue.

Focus on academia seems to have worked out to be a bad turn. Very challenging business proposition to convince academic types to voluntarily commoditize their offerings into an electronic media format.

Hopefully if operating profit does not show some positive progress this quarter they will expand their marketing audience to those who can better appreciate the value their product offers and create a profit margin.
