That's just plain stupid. There are many reasons that SOFO doesn't pay dividends and lining the pockets of their uber-rich management team isn't one of them. If I wanted dividends I'd buy shares of blue chippers like GE or Coke, and put them with my U.S. savings bonds.

This is a very complicated sector and very trying times for both company and investor. Looking at your past posts concerning SOFO leads me to believe that you have ulterior motives that have nothing to do with concern for the investor.
