This managment team can't even manage to keep an honest set of accounting records, yet they continue to reward themselves and their crony directors with large pay checks and perks. Name me any other water service company that has been brought down to such a precarious level? SWWC was within a hair-breath of being removed from the NASDAQ trading system because its management could not present audited financial statements.When a high paid CEO and his officer team can't even manage their accounting system shareholders must respond. I'm still not certain if criminal charges against them are not coming along. The downfall of SWWC had nothing to do with business conditions but everything to do with unqualified incompetent management and as of now those incompetents are still in charge on full payroll..No sir; throw the bums out....
