Yea, here in SoCal do they really need OLIVE BARS? The hot fast soups is a good idea, but for a pint of soup, it's way too expensive. To be fair, their timing of having all the bells'n whistles wasn't all their fault, it takes years to plan a store, you make promises to the community, no different than a homebuilder who gets caught in a downturn.Perhaps they didn't hedge well, though.#1 is debt, and goodwill on the balance sheet too, that's a write-off, not "good" the way I see it.
