Ok here is a little tidbit of info I'm sure that Wall st. will love, but the average working American will hate. Miss Worthless Elsenhans has done it again, she and her band of pinko commie helpers found another way to jam up the workers to satisfy her greed.
She has froze all pensions,except for contractual pensions as outlined in Union contracts.What a kick in the balls to all the hard working non union people at Sun. She did however try to make it look attractive by saying that they can add more money to their 401k's. I have personally seen the document and will be happy to show it, if you don't believe it.
She has also screwed anyone that works for Sun that will not be 50 years old or older in 2010 with 10 or more years of service......How???? You ask, she has done away with retiree healthcare benefits. She has come up with those numbers out of thin air, or she did her homework and seen that they fire, layoff or get rid of you when you're in your 50's. So with that being said,if you look at the work force of the refineries most of the force is aged 30's to mid 40's with 15-25 years service. What a way to give them the meatstick right up the hineyhole. Workers that worked shift work, around chemicals that are known to cause cancer, worked for the good of the company and looking to retire in their 50's. Thats all gone, no medical benefits, you have to work until you can get Medicare.
She has her own package with plenty of money and benefits for her and her cronies, as they will be getting medical benefits when they retire. She probably came up with the 50 age because she qualifies for that.
This is one of the worst decisions a CEO could ever make, I think she just pissed off about 11 or 12 thousand workers company wide. If you dont wake up and let her and band of robbing cronies know youre pissed off,shame on you. Lynn's motto is "the beatings will continue until morale improves".
I cant believe stockholders,customers, employees and certain government branches arent stepping in and voicing their opinions.I'm personally hoping that all the employees that are effected by these decisions will do the right thing. You see something unsafe,dont do it. You see a willful violation,report it. You are treated unfairly, make a stand and follow through. Don't believe all the bull@#$% she is slinging about its for the good of the company....because it is bull@#$% for her and her cronies to get even richer off the blood sweat and tears you put into the company.
And last but not least if you see that piece of pig vomit give her the one finger salute as that she really deserves!!!
