2nd qtr. results were released this morning and here are the results:
Revenues UP Revenues UP for communities owned through '08 and '09 Increase in manufacturing housing and permanent vehicle revenue producing sites by 123 for the 2nd qtr. '09 compared to increase of 103 sites during 2nd qtr. '08. 2nd qtr. 270 new and pre-owned homes were SOLD which represented increase of 5.5% from 1st 6 mos. '08. AFFIRMS FFO GUIDANCE OF $2.84 - 2.92 PER SHARE. This time last year represented much better conditions than the 1st 6 mos. this year. Thus, this was a great report in that all metrics were UP! And GUIDANCE is firm. This secures dividend going forward and in this GREAT RECESSION this company is performing solidly on all metrics. Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
