No press release but in his 13-d filing on Dec 9, its clear that Sandell is pushing ahead with his ideas for the mlp. Time has run out for Lindemann dragging his feet and not creating any value for the shareholders. 2009 will be a interesting year at SUG. I expect good things to come from this action in the stock price.
