This stock has been over $36 several times over the last 5 years. You can look at historical prices on Yahoo to see this. Several well run companies are now back to where they were before the stock market problems of the last couple of years. The company has more cash; a bigger backlog; and is better positioned with it's product lines than it was previously so the price should reflect that regardless of whether the company stays independent or is sold.
