After researching this stock for more than 10 years and posting here for nearly that many, I do SO need some airheaded newcomer telling me when to and when to not post, and about what to, and about what to not post.
Please pay close attention to how much attention I will be paying to you. We've seen it all before, airheads. All the ones who jump in with both feet despite the pros AND cons discussed here, and get burned by (as well as blessed by) the stock's ups and downs, and then the whining and whining about this and that ... although I will admit we do have a REALLY GOOD crop of whiners this time! The really interesting thing is that these same people, had the jury verdict gone the other way, would all be telling you all how very smart they were, and patting themselves on the back ... JUST as loudly and likely MUCH more so ... even though the facts about the stock would be the same. That is, if it is a "scam" as they glibly babble on and say now, they would GLADLY AND PROUDLY proclaim their participation in "the scam", and they'd beat us all over the head with how much money they made on what they now call a "scam", and how smart they were to participate eagerly in the "scam", and how glad they are they took other people's money in the "scam". The loudest whiner of them all was one of the the biggest hawkers of this stock I have seen in all these years, with all his "strong buy" sentiment and his touting all his supposed inside knowledge ... and then his "load up the truck" comments. Does anyone here think that if the trial had gone the other way he'd be here admitting he made a killing off of what he now spends a ridiculous amount of his time saying is a "scam", and warning others away from the "scam" he made so much money on? Remember, he'd still have the stock in that case. And by the way, he DOES claim to have made a pretty good sum, quietly selling out, so he claims, before the trial at a nice profit, after all his pumping ... AND OF COURSE BEFORE HE STARTED TELLING EVERYONE HIS OPINION ON "SCAM". The answer is: NO HE WOULDN'T. Yet, the facts would remain the same, except for the jury verdict. This would be just as much (or little, or not at all) a "scam" if the jury decided the other way. So the difference between all these airheads (1) endlessly whining and, on the other hand, (2) trumpeting their investing acumen for getting into STSI is not all the crap about their gripes about the company they continually pour out onto this MB. NO. The DIFFERENCE is ... a jury verdict. The company is exactly what it was before June 16, 2009, jury verdict aside. It is not in the same financial condition, and the outlook is not as bright, but no one can argue that this company turned from a savvy investment to a scam in one instant on 6/16/2009 because of a jury verdict. Tell me how that's possible. So, if you cry "scam" and you were in the stock and vocally entreated others to buy in with your "strong buy" sentiment and your (especially) "load up the truck" comments, and your representations about how smart you are and how much inside information you had, then how can it not be true that you are not a scammer too? A BIG part. If it's a scam now, it was a scam then. At least one who has shifted sides is not so disingenuous as to take this ridiculous position, and that is commendable. And before anyone starts on it, provide posted quotes from my posts if you accuse ME of egging people on to buy into this stock (that is, things like sentiment "Strong Buy", or "load up the truck", or "buy now", etc.) Explain to us all how STSI turned from the smartest investment you ever made into a scam in one instant on 6/16/2009. Explain at length. Thanks. Rating :
