if you think STSI is a great price, you are sadly mistaken.

it's true that it is a low price but that is because it should be low. as a matter of fact, it should be MUCH lower.

read the financial statements, the Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations and Cash Flows for the qtr ended 06/30/09. find the salaries of Jonnie Williams and Paul Perito and their perks. look at the sales to cost of sales and tell me why the cost of sales is $3 for every $1 of sales.

go to their website and read the notes to the financials and see the subjects of cash reserves and liquidity problems. see what they say about running out of cash and then ask yourself about the salary's of Jonnie and Paul and see if it makes sense.

research on how they issue stock in lieu of getting loans from banks because banks do not want to deal with them.

also read about the lawsuit case that they lost a few months ago. and the contempt that Judge Garbis appears to have for the management of this company.

then tell me what assets and intellectual property they have that makes the PPS even 82 cents.

do some DD and then you will know more. it is stupid to shout and curse at another poster that is trying to inform you on this MB.
