The FDIC has issued numerous similiar orders to other institutions and has NOT waited until the deadline to close organizations that have continued to increase their losses. Given the general outlook for financial stocks it is highly unlikely they will raise the necessary funds.
I like the comment that someone's sister is in Sterling management because she runs a Branch. Sorry but they have no idea what is happening at headquarters. They only know what management wants them to know. I am betting that Sterling will be sold to US Bank by year end. Rating :
