Hey All:

My concerns with this stock are the following:

1). STRZ is only earning 1% on sales. That is simply unacceptable. I know things have been difficult lately, but STRZ needs to get it up to around 3-4% in NORMAL times.

2). Book value is only as good as what management can earn from those assets. If STRZ can only earn 8% on book in decent/normal times, what is that book really worth? .9 on the dollar, .8 on the dollar?

3). The amount of locations bought and old locations closed is very disconcerting to me. I know you have to shutdown underperforming locations from time to time. HOWEVER, it seems that STRZ has lots of locations being shutdown and lots being bought. It is hard to build a base when you have so many transactions.

4). Insiders were buying a TON of stock. Now they have fallen silent.

5). I have faith and trust in current management. They have turned this company around in the past. They also did the right thing by shareholders and have provided a lot of return in the form of dividends.

I am holding my shares, and will be buying more. HOWEVER, I am going to need about a 50% discount to book to buy.
