Talent Management? Someone in the Atlanta Tower made the decision to remove all of the experienced people...you know....we need to save money. As we all know, clients want people that have experience....STI management really does not care...and that is the reason most professionals do business with "real" wealth management firms...of which STI will never be.....Again, the best thing that could happen to STI is for the Board to remove Wells and the Top Fifteen and start over. They are a total failure.
