All of the lawsuit talk is very interesting, but and BIG BUT, they have to prove they've colluded with someone to defraud the investors. The one's that are sctually behind the fall of this stock love these negative remarks it makes thier job easier. Back in August there was huge critisim of insiders selling which has carried forward. Well they have had scheduled selling for several years now. Below is a news release. This was renewed in 2009. They have only sold on the way up and NOT on the way down. If you look at the last link you see sales transactions for late Sept-early Nov that did not take place. I would suggest that is because their sales stop is much higher than $42.50 for those sales. Their last sale was in Aug 11, 2009. The stock topped at 42.50 on 9/9/2009. The highest price recieved for insider stock was $29.76 almost a month before the top, which was almost $4 higher.

You will see here scheduled sales in NOV which never took place. Their scheduled sales are all transacted as the stock moves higher and hits their set stock price.

PRICE RISING TOO FAST, INSIDER TRADING, COMPETITION, INVENTORY, FEAR OF RISING CHIP, are all being used to push the price down NONE of which is a severe problem. Even in conjunction don't justify the drop inccured.

The stock was due a PULL BACK, BECAUSE OF THE VERY FAST RUN UP, but the insider trading issue is B.S. their planned trades. The traded shares were $4 off the high, a month before the high and NO trades as the stock dropped. The trades occurred 3 months ago.

The company ONCE AGAIN said rumors of competition are UNTRUE, They dominate tier 1 enterprise storage SSD market.

I believe reaction to inventory issues at EMC is an over reaction given the information put out at the CC. STEC will join with EMC to cut inventory by assisting in sales an training, which STEC felt would be successful and I believe will benefit future.

Chip prices have risen, STEC contract is good 2 months into 2010. STEC advised they would probably be negotiating a new contract next month when they expect a softening of the market.

MY ADVISE WOULD BE TO HOLD AND WAIT UNTIL TREND CHANGES. THEIR IS NO LEGITIMATE REASON FOR THIS STOCK TO BE AT $13. It will be an opportunity to make a LOT of money when sentiment changes.
