Don't forget the ridiculously large losses in the technology division. STC is widely known as the company that spent upwards of over 100 million on technology only to figure out the technology they purchased was terrible. They are still bleeding from their technology division and should really scrap the AIM & Sureclose products because both are huge failures for the company.
