Where does this stock go from here? With a 12% dividend one would think this stock would be a buy big time, but in this marlket who knows. The way people are cutting back why pay for storage if you don't have to? The overall value of their real estate has dropped dramatically also. The market is telling us the dividend will be cut. Thats what keeps me from buying as much as I would like to buy it for a long term hold.
