Why would the company do a share buy-back program and continue to do so in the future, if they believe the shareprice will not go higher ???

The company reiterates the forecasts of the analysts and this is even without taking into account the effect of the 5 acquisitions they did this year (4 in the US and the largest in Chili) !

I rather want to be invested in a company with strong and stable growth and high profit margins in a business of the future, than in high risk shares...
