Seems the price wants to stay at around the $5 level and this may remain true for a while.

This is where it was a year ago, except for the peaking which happened during the summer, then it slid back to the $5 level in mid-August, where it has remained.

I use OSK as my comparative barometer here and just look how OSK has performed. This of course is due to military contracts and higher EV sales. It seems that OSK has room for about another 25% increase and will do so, if they get more DoD and EV sales, which may make it go a little higher. If this happens, I won't be surprised if SPAR correspondingly drops 25% to the $4 level you cite.

The only factor differing these will be RV chassis, which doesn't appear to be very promising for the next year or so.

IF the new guy who has taken over daily operations at RR and Crimson can get his hands around increasing sales, this may help SPAR, but it seems he will have need to do something so dynamic that it is second only to turning water into wine.
