it will become clear now that the model consists of two revenue/profit elements. the transaction part has been discussed here in lenght. what has not been discussed yet is the second part of the model, i.e. the ce royalty part. each ce manufacturere pays an upfront royalty fee to snic to have cinemnow embedded. and that could be huge because it goes straight to the bottom line (royalty income=full profit). lets see how it works.
