They are hand in hand with SNH and doing the right things.

FVE earnings per share this year .92 includes gains from extinguismhment of debt. ( thats riget they bought back 59,323 in convertible debt at pennies on the dollar :o)

FVE reports on the close Nov 2 Monday get on board prior it is cheap and below book.

FVE is improving its bottom line and balance sheet through reduction of debt at a discount.
Convertible senior notes 67,172 reduced from 126,500
Shareholders’ equity
increased to 124,233 from 85,339
during most recent 2 quarters.

FVE operates arount 206 senior facilities and 2 re-hab hospitals.
most of which is owned by SNH
I think FVE owns 23 facilities outright

It revenuue mix is heavy in private pay residents vice medicare / medicaid.

Occupancy 86.0 % Average daily rate (ADR) $ 146.42

Percent breakdown of net senior living revenues:
Medicare 14.7 %
Medicaid 16.5 %
Private / oth sources 68.8 % Total 100.0 %

A super buy here JMHO

ITs going to be a very good year for FVE by getting rid if its debt at a BIG discount its only real debt are lease obligation sto SNH you have to love that actually debt free.

:o)
