FYI Sen. Housing is not suitable for a trading vehicle day to day.
The movement could be triggered by the annoucementof the upcoming dividend.(As of Oct. 15th I believe.) I have noticed in the past that the stock does not always move exactly as the DOW moves. Paying 7% it's an excellent holding. Try to 'let it do it's thing". Sentiment : Hold Rating :
