What would this asset be worth.

you still need to have a license to be a small busienss type of lender of this kind and this type of stuff is expandable in focus.. subject to various sba approvals..

i know that in past snfca always has shown up in a list of industrial lending companies.. a small select list of comapnies.. this is some type of grandfathered designation as far as I know. i think walmart wanted to get this but wasnt allowed to get one.. over banking objections.. if enough banks go bust, sure enough a walmart will be let onto the banking scene..

it is just the way it works in insurance underwriting. once all the guys are hit by catastrophic losses, rates go up and new insurance pools pop up everywhere..

I dont know why walmart was historically interested in getting such a license. it would be cheaper for them to simply buyout a company such as SNFCA..

any thoughts?
