Recent events are significant. Future events will be remarkable. Time to upgrade to strong buy. The APSF stands for Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation. One of the most resistant groups to adopting cerebral oxygenation monitoring is beginning to understand and promote adoption. There will be another television show on October 28th showing the INVOS monitor technology. I believe it is called "The Doctors" and aires in the morning.
