"business as usual"? is this what you think will happen or? I am telling you this person is a TURD, most inpersonable ive ever known to be in a leadership role. Pissing matches are a weekly occurance with this current leadership. Absolutely no back bone to enforce policys. Why does the BEST tool grinder we ever had get laid off?? I will tell ya, he brought some of these issues to attention like Leads regularing using the F-word and using racial slurs. And our great HR did nothing..Absolutely NOTHING!! Is this controlled CHAOS or just STUPIDITY? Certain people get to sleep and read newspapers at machines while others are singled out. And forget about taking peoples ideas to improve, they are consistently shot down. Can we say insecure. How do you respect when there is no respect!
