Improving conditions within industry and company. Could the stock hit 25 by fall? I can see it since semis move up strongly in advance of a recovery. But what kind of recovery are we going to have? These stocks frequently way overshoot, like in 2003-2004.

Tough to see a consumer led recovery at this point. Business investment could be a driver, since HP, Dell both claim a lot of pent-up demand due to deferred IT spending. Windows 7 might be a plus.

Lots of noise re smartphones and other wireless devices as the next big thing for tech. At least it's something that offers growth opportunity for SMSC.
