The projections for this contract management space seems to be pretty good ... I saw a market projection of $3.6B in the next few years. Not sure if SLTC addresses all of this. But Gartner in one of the CM software reports had listed Selectica as one of the most improved in their offerings. Given this, there is a good chance that some of the medium/big software vendors might be interested in SLTC ... but for these pesky law suits :( Thx Rating :
