Anybody know why it takes SLE so much time to release earnings? They are just about the last of the S&P 500 to report
Back in 2005 they used to get the numbers out about 3 weeks after the quarter end and now its close to 5 weeks. Since 2005 they got rid of 40% of the business and spent hundreds of millions to centralize the company and improve systems and IT platforms. With this level of simplification and spending you would think that the reporting process would be much quicker Rating :
