I doubt they will sell it. That store is a historic building, many of fashions best got their start in that location. Even Estee Lauder herself started her mega company from a small table in the store selling creams, without Saks NYC there would be no Lauder Company as we know it today. They should devote an area in the store to highlight the history of the company and that store. I know the stores volume is huge, over a billion a year a few years back. I would say the store and location is priceless, a NYC landmark.
