All they have are points that are backed by nothing. If you want to refute this post then do so with good talking points. I am far from an expert. I analyse the data not emotion.

Fact: downgraded
Fact: 100 mil in dilution
Fact: country has no real indication of a "happy xmas" for luxury or common retail
Emotion: Its passse to spend. Showing off your $$$ is not cool right now

I have seen this before many times. Dilution is a killer. More debt at our expense. Their stock is the worst compared to the rest. They do have good property so that saves them but its been going up (not lately) for no good reason.

I am not saying they are BK but this stock is far from a good bet. There are many other better bets. I got in very low but got out in the 5's.

This is a 4's stock. It may stay in the 5-7 range but the risk is way higher than the reward.
