The next days for me will set the stage for my decision how to position myself vs. SIGM:
- Fundamentals are strong, considering the accretive effect of Coppergate earnings before special items following acquisition
- Next short interest publication is especially important since it will reflect sentiment of (semi-)professional traders in light of improved fundamentals
- SIGM stock price is approaching the falling trendline established from the $17-and-change high on Aug 26. If SIGM crosses this, it will also create a technical buying signal. The trend line is currently at around 12.60. So this can potentially happen quickly.
