If you factor out the one-time tax benefit of $1.83M applied last quarter (as a result of the merger of divisions), it's clear the company's quarterly performance is improving. Under this analysis:
-> losses were cut by 20% from the previous quarter
-> losses were cut 87% from 2 quarters ago (ending March '09).
