It looks to me like Sauer Holding Gmbh slowly accumulates stock on the open market, then sells large chunks to Danfoss A/S:
July 2008 (8 Million shares) October 2009 (10 Million shares) Pretty obvious this will be taken private very soon, before news gets out things are picking up. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
