just for the record- I did not erase my own record of my conversation with Lucian Moran (585 546 2500) regarding the bidding process on SHM IP on 2/10/04. The conversation resulted in the disclosure that Tom Armer and Tom Garver were the only bidders. Fox international for some reason made them go from $350 K to %500 K. Also the furniture went for around $700.
