I am new to SGEN and have a few questions. Would be very thankful for your answers!

- As I understand, SGEN owns this ADC-technology which is a linker-technology for attaching small molecule drugs to antibodies. Anyway, where does SGEN have the antibodies from? Do they have their own technology? Or are they being generated by another company, and SGEN needs to pay royalties etc. on them?

- SGEN has some customes that use the ADC-technology for attaching SMs to one of their own antibodies. Do you know which typical milestone payments and royalty rates SGEN is entitled to receive? (I am talking about those where the only costs for SGEN are attaching the SMs to the antibodies - I do not mean the co-development projects). Who many projects of this kind does SGEN have?

- does the company want to partner wholly-owned programs? which ones? in which development phase?

- are there "poison pills" in place that should prevent takeovers? what is the general attitude of SGEN regarding M&A - are they prepared to fight a takeover?
