SGC is controlled by the few people
that own alot > the management.

When a large institution wants to sell
then management buys it under their
announced plan of buying back shares of
the company

I have always woundered how an institution that owns alot of shares say 75,000 sells them???

If you look at the volume of this stock it
is just a few thousand a week not even a day.

I think institutions contact mangement when
they want to sell and management buys them.

How else do they do this.

Go and look at the institutional ownwership
and who is selling or buying over the years
you see that there is some selling or buying
and the yearly volume of SGC would never
support this.

My point here is that management buys these
larger amount of shares up as to not impact
SGCs price heck if they did not SGC would sometimes be trading at pennys which it could
have during this last market downturn.

Management owns alot of this stock what you
think they are going to do just let it sit and
never get their money out!!!!

No before managment leaves they will sell it
to one of the larger uniform companys.

They pay the dividend out because the management needs the money.

I owned alot of shares in a similar type
company but was not in management and yes
they paid out a dividend there to because
management owned over 35% of the company
they had to have that dividend income to
live> it was very nice because I always
got my dividend when I held the shares
plus and here is the kicker 10 years later
they management sold it for a very very
sweet price and I made some real cash and
learned from that lesso. Since then I
hunt for companys just like the one I worked
for where management owns alot of stock.

In fact I only buy companys that look very
cheap or possible buyouts!

40% of my entire portfolio has been bought
out over the years > which is very very nice

My largest holding was taken away unfortuntely
cash cow UST............
