Even if there is an unfunded pension obligation of $13M above and beyond whats recorded on the balance sheet, SGC is still trading below book value. If you decrease its equity by $13M book value is still at $8/sh and that is with little or no intangible assets. Seems to me this stock is under everyones radar.
