I have been following this company for
quite some time and am buying it here
finally after years of watching.

This one is barely known by almost anyone
and if you call the corporate office they
just send you the filed Qs

But digging deaper and reading the earnings
reports and they annual reports you start
to get an idea how good this company really
is.

Ok they have been doing uniforms forever but
were the first in some key areas..........plus
the balance sheet is solid

Plus and here is the big plus they buy large
block shares whenever they come on the market
that is when mutuals want to liquidate they
seem to suck the shares up as not not
demolish the share price.

Ok the dividend maybe cut but the executives
own alot of the shares and propably live
off the divys so they are reluctant to cut
them.

In fact it is a classic closely owned
company where it will be sold in the future
maybe 3-5 years but buying in here at
6-7 a share and waiting for a 12-15 share
buyout price which I think is a conservative
estimate is a good investment.

What is that a 100% return in 3-5 years or
around 30% a year not including the dividend?

I have found other little small caps like this
where insiders own ALOT and they are getting
older so they will be selling the company
soon.

It has worked out very very good for me in
fact 30% of my portfolio over the years has
been bought out.

Just my 2 cents I will be buying alot more
if this thing goes below 6

But as one knows you cannot buy more of
500-1000 shares of this company simply because
it is traded so thinnly!!!!

But with a nice 7% divy even cut to 4% is fine
with me!!!!!!

What is better than a boring well managed
little company sitting in the middle
of Florida surrounded by uniform hungry
companys like Disney, Bush Gardens, Wet N
Wild all the hospitals and all the other
service industries there.............

I think this one is a no brainer
