With SFE holding 28.1m CLRT shares + 2.75m warrants and 20.3m SFE shares outstanding, that works out to pretty close to SFE shareholders holding 1.5 shares of CLRT per SFE share.
So, today's trading with CLRT down $.73 and SFE down $.76 would indicate that SFE didn't suffer the full impact of the CLRT decline which "should" have been 1.5 x $.73 or about $1.10. Has anybody tracked the SFE vs. CLRT stock market values over time adjusting for the various stock sales in recent months? As an aside, all my small stocks have been hurting of late. In the past such declines have forshadowed declines in the overall market as big gains in these small stocks have also preceded increase in the overall market. Rating :
