Our investigation of Stifel regarding its ARS sales continues. Please note that the Secretary of State filed suit in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Missouri last week. If you “google” Stifel sued by Missouri” you will be able to find articles which discuss the lawsuit.



Please let me know if you are unable to find any info regarding our action again Stifel…
