The melanoma data has been out for two years now. Between the company and S-T they must have done a thorough job of looking for a partner but with no takers. My guess is this is permanently on the shelf. Let's see what happens with the sales on Monday. Last quarter there was about $6-7 million in sales without selling expense attached to it ($22M sales and $4.9M of sales & marketing expense; compare to 4Q09 of $15.3M sales and $5.0 M of S&M). Either they cut commissions to sales people (unlikely) or they made a big bulk sale directly to the Chinese government (possibly) or else at end of quarter this product was still sitting with the importers (that's a sale for SciClone but I'm sure the salespeople aren't paid until the Zadaxin is delivered to the hospitals- the salespeoples' customers). But you're right, the $16-17M sales is what's needed to hit the guidance.
