How come SBIB is down more than 6%? 30-Oct-09 07:16 pm

I think P/E of 20+ means higher risk. People are running away from high risk STOCKS. Even SAFE stocks wen down today. So don't worry.

Below $5.60 is bargain if SBIB does not adjust its P/E to 15 times earnings.
