The earnings were weaker than I thought. And guiding for a revenue decline that is greater than the cost cut guidance for Q4 doesn't look good either.

The rest of the sector has generally corrected down a good 25-40% from its highs (look at CMLS, ETM and RGCI, in particular). Why should SALM be exempt from this?

I think $3 is the true "fair" price for SALM, at this time....tops. Maybe even $2.00-2.50.

We are up 12.5x from the lows of many months ago! Isn't some corrective action warranted, on a "muddling" earnings release like this? This stock, imho trades VERY inefficiently. If this were ETM or a larger market cap player, the stock would have been DOWN 20-25% on this earnings release. But I guess there are just no "smart money" players here...and it just trades on "whim."

Or, is there a "going private" transaction that somebody has "leaked," which is keeping SALM stock strong??!
