He wasn't listed in your previous complaint, and I don't see a complaint listed here. Not sure of what your point is, so you don't get along with certain individuals...I would offer that I am absolutely certain there are folks in this world who view you in that same exact light, but that has absolutely nothing to do with SAIC which employs in excess of 45,000 folks or your ability for that matter to perform whatever function you contribute to society.
