The evidence says the drug is amazing - if not the best - for NHL.

With expanded labeling, and better reimbursement via ASP, things look really good - it's amazing SPPI is trading at this market cap. It shows there is a lot of doubt still in investors minds about if SPPI can successfully grow Zevalin sales.

From what I understand, oncologists resell chemo drugs and act as the pharmacy and so they make profits from these drugs they can administer, whereas they need to refer their patient to a radiologist for Zevalin, which means they will forgo that profit stream. This is a big problem, but I think one that can be overcome with education and proper marketing to get the word out there. If patients demand it, I don't see how oncologists could deny them access.
