Like a lot of company's presentation it is not what they say because companies always put a positive spin on their presentations. More imporantly it is what they don't say.


It sticks out llike a sore thumb that they don't talk about having any ore reserves just resources. Producers uusually only talk about reserves because resources are nice but it takes reserves to mine.

They also don't talk about revenue or the gold law, or more importantly PROFITS!! They just talk about how they are cutting costs which of course is a good thing but why no discussion of revenues and profits. After all isn't profits what investors are all about.

Also they did not say anything about the $80 million debt coming due in 8 months.

The most glaring ommission is that they talked all about 2007, 2008 and then they talked about 2012 projections(but not what they are going to do to actually achieve those production levels, or how they are going to pay for it. THE MOST IMPORTANT OMMISSION IS THAT THEY DID NOT SAY ONE WORD ABOUT 2010 OR 2011. What's up with that? For all their charts they did not make any statement about next year which makes you wonder what the production profile is for the next two years. If it was positive they would be saying it. So if their production goes down next year what do you think happens to the stock price.

The devil is in the details or should I say the lack of critical details.
