GOLD seems to make about 1 $ eps for 2009 according to www.CNBC.COM folks and this makes the PE = 70. So what do you think of it ? isnt it too high ?


i say it because i have GFRE which is the biggest bromine and crude salt licensed producer of China with 35% market share which is growing fast every year .They have made 7 acquisitions during the last 2 years ! GFRE moved to NASDAQ from OTCBB 4 days ago so it is still unknown and undiscovered.

So GFRE has the lowest PE both for 2009 and 2010 (7 and 5 respectively) and the highest growth (almost 100%) yoy among the major listed companies. Actually its peg ratio is the lowest one i have found in NASDAQ.
it will also announce its 8th acquisition soon according to the CEO.So this is why i am concerned about GOLD...
