What is wrong with this moribund management? What is the board doing, sleeping? On one of the biggest percentage gains in NASDAQ history these guys manage to be down nearly 20%. The market says they aren't worth the cash they have in the bank. That can only mean its time to give back to shareholders. That would be the prudent and responsible thing to do.
